Welcome to WOW/// 3D Printing & Creations.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of our website, as well as the purchase of products, 3D printing services, custom-made parts, and other items offered by WOW/// 3D Printing & Creations.

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting a project, requesting customization, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. ABOUT WOW/// 3D PRINTING & CREATIONS

WOW/// 3D Printing & Creations provides services related to 3D printing, including custom products, decorative pieces, collectibles, prototypes, functional items, personalized gifts, and other projects produced through additive manufacturing.

Certain products may be produced exclusively after an order is placed and according to information, images, files, references, or specifications provided by the customer.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND USER ACCOUNTS

To make purchases through our website, users must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts or, when applicable, make the purchase with the authorization of their legal guardian.

If certain website features require the creation of an account, the user is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

The user is also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information used to access their account.

3. CUSTOM PRODUCTS

A significant portion of the products offered by WOW/// may be produced specifically for each customer.

The customer is responsible for accurately providing names, text, measurements, images, photographs, colors, files, references, and any other information necessary for production.

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, layer lines, fit, or other characteristics inherent to the 3D printing process may occur and do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects.

Images displayed on the website may be for illustrative purposes, and minor differences may exist between the digital representation and the final physical product.

4. PROJECT APPROVAL

For certain custom projects, WOW/// may provide the customer with a representation, preview, model, or digital proof before production begins.

When approval is requested, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully verify names, text, dimensions, visual characteristics, and all other elements presented.

Once the customer has approved the project and production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

5. CHANGES TO ORDERS

Requests for changes to custom products must be made before production begins.

This includes changes to names, text, images, colors, dimensions, design characteristics, or other specifications.

After project approval or the start of manufacturing, WOW/// may refuse changes that would compromise or require restarting production.

When a change is still technically possible, additional costs and revised production timelines may apply upon notice to the customer.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices will be displayed on the website or communicated to the customer before the order is completed.

Available payment methods will be presented during the checkout process.

Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees may be added to the order total depending on the customer's location, product type, and selected delivery method.

Production of custom products may begin only after payment has been confirmed and, when applicable, after final project approval.

7. PRODUCTION TIME

Custom products are individually manufactured and may require production time before shipment.

Any timeframes provided are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, quantity ordered, material availability, order volume, customer approval requirements, or circumstances beyond WOW///'s reasonable control.

Whenever possible, we will notify the customer of significant delays affecting their order.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When shipping is required, the customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times may depend on the selected service and external factors.

WOW/// will not be responsible for delays caused exclusively by the shipping carrier or by incorrect information provided by the customer, without prejudice to any rights afforded to consumers under applicable law.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because delivery was not possible as a result of information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. ORDER INSPECTION

We recommend that customers inspect their products immediately upon receipt.

If a product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is significantly different from the approved order, the customer should contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs or other information reasonably necessary for us to evaluate the issue.

10. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Orders for non-customized products may be subject to the cancellation, return, and refund conditions described in our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Custom products manufactured specifically according to specifications provided or approved by the customer may be subject to different cancellation or return conditions.

If production has not yet begun, the customer may contact us to request cancellation. The availability of cancellation and any applicable refund will depend on the stage of the order and any costs already incurred.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any mandatory rights to returns, refunds, replacements, or other remedies provided under applicable law.

11. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If we confirm that a product has a manufacturing defect or damage for which WOW/// is responsible, we may, as applicable and permitted by law, repair the product, produce a replacement, or provide the corresponding refund.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and other information necessary to evaluate the issue.

Products damaged due to improper use, dropping, excessive exposure to heat, moisture, chemicals, excessive force, modifications made by the customer, or use inconsistent with their intended purpose may not be considered to have manufacturing defects.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

By providing images, photographs, drawings, logos, trademarks, characters, 3D models, digital files, or any other material for customization, the customer represents that they possess the rights, licenses, or authorizations necessary to use such content for the requested purpose.

WOW/// may refuse projects that, in its reasonable judgment, present potential violations of copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, or other third-party rights.

Submitting a file or image to WOW/// does not transfer ownership of the customer's intellectual property to the company.

When necessary solely to fulfill the order, the customer grants WOW/// a limited authorization to use the provided content for the preparation and manufacturing of the requested product.

13. WOW/// DESIGNS AND CREATIONS

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, original designs, graphic elements, models, prototypes, digital files, and other creations developed exclusively by WOW/// remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The purchase of a physical product does not automatically transfer to the customer any digital files, 3D models, source files, or commercial reproduction rights used in its manufacture.

Any additional transfer or license must be expressly agreed upon between the parties.

14. USE OF THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS, CHARACTERS, AND REFERENCES

Trademarks, characters, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Any reference to such elements in custom projects does not necessarily mean that WOW/// has any affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, or official authorization from their respective owners.

WOW/// may refuse to manufacture any product when it determines that the request may infringe third-party rights or present legal risk.

15. USE OF PRODUCT IMAGES

WOW/// may wish to photograph completed products to showcase its work in its portfolio, website, or social media channels.

When a product contains an identifiable personal image, private information, or customized elements of a sensitive nature, we will seek appropriate authorization before using it for promotional purposes.

Customers may contact us if they have any concerns regarding the use of images of their project.

16. PRODUCT SAFETY AND USE

Unless expressly stated otherwise, decorative products and collectibles should not be considered toys.

Small parts may present a hazard to children.

Customers should follow any instructions and warnings provided with the product.

3D-printed products should not be used in safety-critical, medical, structural, automotive, aerospace, or other high-risk applications unless expressly designed and approved for such purposes.

17. COLORS, FINISHES, AND 3D PRINTING CHARACTERISTICS

The appearance of colors displayed on screens may vary depending on the device, monitor, lighting conditions, and settings used.

Additionally, materials used in 3D printing may exhibit minor variations between batches.

Layer lines, minor support marks, and other characteristics consistent with the manufacturing process may be present in the final product.

Such characteristics, when within reasonable standards for the manufacturing process used, are not necessarily considered defects.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WOW/// will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the improper use of its products or from applications for which the products were not designed.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

19. USE OF THE WEBSITE

Users agree not to use the website for illegal or fraudulent activities or in any manner that violates the rights of third parties.

Users are also prohibited from attempting to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the website or from using its resources in an abusive manner.

Text, visual identity, graphic elements, proprietary images, creative structure, and other original content belonging to WOW/// may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization, except as permitted by law.

20. PRIVACY

Personal information provided by customers will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

When using our website, we also recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By placing an order, the customer agrees to receive communications necessary in connection with the purchase, including order confirmations, approval requests, production updates, payment information, shipping information, customer service communications, and other transactional messages related to the requested service.

Promotional communications will be handled according to the user's preferences and applicable law.

22. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products, materials, customization options, or services offered through the website.

If a product that has already been paid for cannot be produced due to material unavailability or another circumstance attributable to WOW///, we will contact the customer to offer an appropriate solution, alternative, or refund, as applicable.

23. REFUSAL OF ORDERS

WOW/// may refuse or cancel orders when there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, an obvious pricing error, technical inability to manufacture the product, illegal content, risk of infringement of third-party rights, or another legitimate reason.

If an order that has already been paid for is canceled by WOW/// before production begins, the corresponding amounts will be refunded when applicable.

24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our services, policies, or legal requirements.

The version published on the website will indicate the date of the most recent update.

Changes will apply in accordance with applicable law and will not retroactively reduce mandatory rights relating to purchases already completed where doing so is prohibited by law.

25. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to WOW///'s operations and, where relevant, the laws of the State of Florida and the United States.

Nothing in this provision is intended to eliminate any mandatory consumer rights that may be provided under applicable law.

26. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
